The construction of the new primary health center is underway. The new health center is a 9700 sq. ft. outpatient clinic. The engineering includes full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.

Jon attends Carrier Training in NY!
Jon recently spent a week in Syracuse, NY for training at the Carrier Plant as he learned about the latest technology and equipment that Carrier has to offer.
Kevin attends "Deregathon" in Orlando!
As an Electrical Engineer on the State Board of Professional Engineers in Florida, Kevin was invited to attend the first ever "Florida Deregathon" in Orlando. The event was setup to discuss solutions for removing harmful regulations facing Florida professionals and included 23 of the State's Professional Licensing Boards.
Substation 'J' Rehabilitation is Complete
MFE recently designed the rehabilitation of the Substation 'J' 12,470V switchgear and housing. Substation 'J' serves the State of Florida downtown Capitol Complex electrical distribution. The switchgear was designed and sequenced by MFE to allow for replacement of the switchgear without major outages to the downtown buildings. The engineering included switchgear protection schemes, including arc flash sensing relays, and relay coordination with upstream utility and each of the downstream building's switchgear protection devices.

Tony is a mechanical engineering designer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Florida A&M University. He also has a Minor in Civil Engineering Technology. Tony has 25 years’ experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and multi-family residential buildings. We are excited to have Tony as part of our team!

Max is a mechanical engineering designer with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Max is new to the HVAC industry, but is dedicated to building his knowledge of mechanical systems and is seeking new ways to expand his engineering expertise. We are excited about the benefits that he brings to our team.
Max is currently working towards obtaining his Engineer-In-Training status so that he may become professionally-licensed in the future.
