This project consisted of a new cafeteria and auditorium (cafetorium) building with full service kitchen for Woodville Elementary School. Established in 1856, Woodville School was the first public school in Leon County. Their new Cafetorium consists of a 2800 sq. ft. kitchen space and 4000 sq. ft. dining and multi-purpose area with stage, dressing rooms, toilet spaces, and teacher’s lounge.

Our responsibilities included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction administration for the new cafetorium and kitchen. We were responsible for all design, construction specifications, and construction administration of mechanical and electrical systems. Our services also included full coordination with the kitchen consultant.

Our design team is very proud of the results and we hope that the students, faculty and staff enjoy their new cafetorium.
